Getting started
1. Add your banks
Create your banks with a color for easy identification — the balance is calculated automatically from your movements.
2. Set up categories
Define categories and, if you want, subcategories and a monthly limit to track your budget.
3. Log movements
Register expenses and income with bank, category, payment method and notes.
Time-saving features
Quick entry
Use the floating button or the N shortcut to log in seconds, and repeat your last movement with one click.
Global search
Ctrl/Cmd+K opens quick search for banks, categories and movements, from any screen.
Import a statement
Upload a CSV from your bank or credit card invoice and the app suggests the column mapping automatically.
Automatic fixed movements
The app detects recurring movements and suggests registering them as a fixed movement right on the Home page.
Tracking
Goals and investments
Link existing investments to a goal to count progress automatically, on top of manual deposits.
Reports and tax prep
Filter by period, bank and category, export to PDF or CSV, or use the annual report to prepare your taxes.
Home indicators and tips
Track your savings rate, reserve months and committed income, plus AI-generated personalized tips.
Bank reconciliation
Mark movements as reconciled to match your bank's real statement.
Theme and currency
Switch between light/dark theme in the footer and choose your display currency in your Profile.

Chat freely
Ask for general tips, ask about any period/spending category, ask to log an expense/income, or ask to register a bank, category, goal, investment, or fixed movement — describe it however you like, no fixed command.
Everything always requires confirmation
An entry or new record requested through chat is never created on its own — you always see a card with the details to confirm before any real record is made.
More complex cases
Editing or deleting an existing entry or record still requires the specific screens — through chat you can only create something new (an entry, bank, category, goal, investment, fixed movement), never change what already exists.
